Meet the Cool Blew Team
Robert Proctor ~ Founding Owner.
Robert has an electrical engineer background in the US Air Force. He has over 20 years experience in the Service & Repair Business. He ran one of the largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning companies in Arizona for over 3 years. In that time, Robert placed customer service as his top priority and grew the business to new heights with that model until his departure. In this 3 year span, the number of service trucks within the company grew from 7 to 20. Seeing the benefits of owning one’s own business that puts customer service and satisfaction first, Robert left to start his own company – CoolBlew Plumbing, Heating, & A/C.
Tim Palmer ~ Co-Owner
Tim is an experienced member of the Cool Blew team with over 20 years of HVAC experience. He previously worked for one of the west side’s largest HVAC companies for over 10 years before becoming co-owner of CoolBlew. Tim shares Robert’s business philosophy that emphasizes customer service and professional work.
Sue Proctor ~ Office Manager
Sue has over 30 years experience in supervising, call center processing and mailing departments with one of the country’s largest insurance companies. Sue used her previous experience in customer service to help maintain the customer first philosophy we employ at Cool Blew.
Della Proctor ~ Bookkeeper
Robert and Tim wanted a top notch bookkeeper and got one in Della Proctor. Bringing a background of over 14 years experience with a west side nut & bolt company to CoolBlew, Della has been a great addition to our office staff.
Waunita Rayburn ~ Dispatch and Customer Service
Waunita has over 8 years experience with dispatching and customer service. Waunita worked with Robert at his previous company, and when he created his own business, he wanted to fill his company with the best of the best, and thus brought Waunita in to fine-tune the dispatching department.
Debbie Avenmarg ~ Accounts Receivable Clerk
Debbie has worked at Cool Blew since 2006. Debbie was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force from 1974 – 1994. She has worked in multiple fields including; pnudralics systems, production control, aircraft scheduling, & US Space Command where she was a unit security manager. After retiring from the U.S. Air force, Debbie worked for Meijr Security and as a receptionist.
Ashley Proctor ~ Soft Scheduler
Ashley joined Cool Blew in 2009. Since that time she has moved up with the company and has become the soft scheduler for all technicians.
