Technician Dennis contacted me when he was on the way and came at the appointed time. He was efficient and reported the condition of our heat pump was good. I asked about other services and he explained the annual service plan available, to which we subscribed. This technician and his company provide excellent service at a very reasonable price.

I had the unfortunate luck of having to replace both HVAC and water heater simultaneously. The Cool Blew Teams were friendly and professional. The real test came when an issue was discovered with the water heater. Jim promptly and kindly resolved the issue with Edward doing a great job completing a new install.
