I want to thank Cool Blew and Edward for their great work at our house.
We started using Cool Blew a year ago when we had plumbing problems and Edward and Jim were diligent and phenomenal. Their professionalism and knowledge and work ethic and promptness were second to none.
We had more plumbing problems these past two weeks and Edward came out three different times and fought through the problems and he fixed the problem.
Edward is a very hard worker, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and he is always on time. Edward is a great young man that takes pride in his occupation and his hard work.
The great thing about Edward is we give him free reign of our entire house so he can do his work uninterrupted by us. Nowadays it is about trust, and Edward is very trustworthy.
Please commend Edward for his hard work because it is important that he knows this. Too many people like to complain instead of commend. Please commend Edward for us.
Thank you.

Have always used Cool Blew for house issues-whether it’s maintenance, repairs, or install. Edward Tatum from Cool Blew did not disappoint! He let me know when he would arrive, updated me on the situation at hand, and followed through when parts needed to be ordered, etc. I needed a specific water heater unit and he called around to various manufacturers and finally found one! I so appreciated the time, energy, and effort to get me HOT water as he knew I had gone days without! Thank you Edward for not only getting the job done, but getting it right and in a timely matter!!!

Had an issue with my heater and was able to have Cool Blew come the next day to troubleshoot. The technician Dan found the problem right away and we were fixed and back in service very quickly! Highly recommend the service!

We had no heat during the night and called Cool Blue in the morning. They had a service person to us by 10am. The issue turned out to be a setting in the thermostat that was missed at installation from a few years ago. He changed it and there was no charge for coming out. Great customer service.
